  • Initial Intake Visit

    Your initial visit will consist of a lengthy discussion about your main concerns as well as a comprehensive review of your current state of health. A full-length treatment will follow the intake.

    Follow-up

    After your initial visit, you will only need to book followup appointments, where we will discuss your progress and any new issues that may arise, with the majority of the hour spent on the treatment.

Microneedling

  • This is a skincare service that uses a medical grade microneedling pen with rapidly oscillating tiny needles that penetrate just below the surface of the skin, improving collagen production, treating wrinkles, dark spots, scars, acne, and hair loss. Treatment includes LED light therapy, a whole body acupuncture treatment, and a takehome serum tailored to your skin needs.

Cupping

  • No needles, just cupping to target problem areas.

Reiki

  • An energy healing modality originating in Japan, reiki uses the gentle laying on of hands to move energy throughout the body. It assists with relaxation, anxiety, pain and much more.

Yoga

  • We offer a weekly flow class on Friday evening, as well as a yoga/acupuncture combo class the 2nd Monday of the month. Book online and check back for more offerings.

Infrared Sauna

  • Warm-up and reap the benefits of our infrared sauna! Great to add on before or after a treatment, or as a standalone.

    Punch cards are available for a discounted rate. Bring your own towel, or use one of ours. Note: we have face and body wipes available, but unfortunately we don’t have a shower in our facility, so plan accordingly!
